My passion is to balance design that is beautiful, functional, and intelligent. I am seeking a front-end developer position that will allow me to explore my passion and provides an environment that continuously challenges me and encourages me to push beyond the ordinary.
I am currently employed for a company that creates tools for realtors. I work with a team to develop the .com site, mobile web, and productivity tools that allow realtors to be more effective. I have been involved in the following activities:
Utilized my visual design skills to create wireframes, comps, icons, e-mail campaigns, and print documents such as brochures and signage.
Designed and implemented the HTML and CSS for the .com, dashboards and mobile websites. Utilized and modified JavaScript functions such as smooth scrollable effects, sliders, and light boxes.
Participated in usability testing for both .com and mobile.
I work with small businesses to create their brand identity. I interpret client’s goals and objectives in order to design and develop their company websites. I have utilized a Content Management Solution to allow my customers to maintain their sites to keep them fresh and relevant.
Lifelineliving.comResponsible for creating the digital and print assets for a personnal trainer. The primary goal was to design and build a website which outlines the client's services as well as provides a forum to create a sense community for those that are interested in optimal health through nutrition and fitness.
Created their visual identity and the logo design for the website, business cards and letterheads.
Based on the requirements from the client, I developed the website flow, naviagtion and wireframes.
After designing the comps, I built the system in Wordpress to allow the client to modify, change or add content.

Over the summer, I had the opportunity to work for Cook Inlet Aquaculture Association in Alaska monitoring and maintaining intern work camps. My role was to ensure that the camps were safe and that the interns were providing accurate salmon counts.
Working with the coaching staff, I managed and collaborated with designers and photographers to create print and web elements. I developed a visual base for the 2009 and 2010 recruiting campaigns.
